“Don't you dream of having an easier life?”
The woman looked at the sky for a moment and said:
“Of course, I have dreams. I dream of seeing my children succeed in their studies, find good jobs, and live a happy life. For me, their happiness is more important than anything else.”
The boy thanked her and continued his way home. When he arrived, he told his mother about the hardworking woman he had met. His mother listened carefully and then said:
“My son, you must never judge people by their clothes, their homes, or the money they have. A person's true value comes from their heart, their kindness, and their actions. There are many wonderful people who work hard every day without asking for anything in return.”
